Fashion Trend - Embellished Collars
This is one of those trends that let's you have your cake and eat it too. Part tailored conservative and part glam rebel. Definite emphasis on the rebel, like you bedazzled your school uniform just to show everyone that even in the masses you still got style. I know I'll be adding a few to my closet soon...especially one with studs.
Dog Silhouettes
They are EVERYWHERE!!! Not that I'm complaining in the slightest, in fact I love them.
These greyhound prints from Anthropologie have been seen numerous times. Too bad they're sold out.
If you're up for a little DIY there are alternatives. I found a few that even use glitter, and come on, doesn't glitter make everything better.
And considering the ones from Anthropologie were almost $500 each the DIY versions are looking even better.
If one framed silhouette just isn't enough for your space how about this wallpaper from Osborne & Little. It's even flocked!

Staying Cool
Solely because I'm not allowed to wear a bathing suit to work I've been spending a lot of time shopping for clothes to keep me cool.
I love this outfit Andy wore from Style Scrapbook and just had to see if I could recreate it.
My favorite part may be the shoes. I think they are great for anyone afraid they don't know how to add color (or in this case neon) to an outfit...when in doubt, go for the shoes! You can keep your wardrobe fairly neutral to make it easy to mix and match and then BAM your shoes take it to a whole other level.
